Birthday Celebrations

Cluster Meetings
Last month, we held our final cluster meetings for 2025. These sessions brought together learning and fun, with interactive games, spot prizes, and meaningful conversations. Merchandisers also participated in a care and accountability session with their managers, followed by a shared lunch. It was a valuable opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate the year’s achievements as a team
CV Drive
Throughout October, our HR, Training, and PenBev teams hosted several successful CV drives to recruit merchandisers for the busy season ahead. With a goal of hiring 150 new team members across the Western Cape, this initiative plays a key role in preparing a strong and capable workforce for 2026. Thank you to everyone involved for your time, effort, and collaboration.
Dr. Oetker Activation
Last month, Coast & Country partnered with Dr. Oetker for a special pop-up activation. The event brought customers and supporters together for an interactive and engaging product experience. Well done to the team for executing this activation with professionalism and enthusiasm!

PenBev Seasonal Casual Programme
On Friday, 10 October, Coast & Country Sales and Peninsula Beverages hosted the annual Seasonal Casual graduation. 40 young men completed their training at the PenBev plant and were welcomed into the working world by company directors and executives. We wish each graduate confidence, growth, and success as they begin this exciting new chapter.
