August and September were filled with moments that reflected the heart of Coast & Country Sales — celebrating our people, recognising dedication, strengthening connections and standing together for causes that matter.
From welcoming new chapters and celebrating important milestones, to recognising outstanding contributions and making time for meaningful team connection, these two months gave us plenty of reasons to pause and appreciate the people who make CCS what it is.
Here is a look back at some of the highlights from August and September.
Welcoming a New Season
At the start of September, Anastacia and Melissa led our monthly office meeting with a meaningful message to welcome the beginning of spring.
Their motivation centred around the idea of blooming and blossoming in a new season, encouraging everyone to step into the month with renewed faith, hope and purpose.
Just as flowers begin to grow and flourish in spring, their message reminds us that we too have the opportunity to grow, embrace new beginnings and continue moving forward with God.
It was a beautiful and encouraging way to begin the month and a reminder to approach every new season with an open heart, renewed energy and faith for what lies ahead.
Celebrating Fidelia’s Baby Shower
In August, the Coast & Country team had the privilege of celebrating a very special milestone with Fidelia as she prepared to welcome her little bundle of joy.
The team came together to shower her with love, thoughtful gifts and plenty of warm wishes for the exciting chapter ahead. It was a joyful occasion filled with laughter, meaningful conversations and memorable moments shared among colleagues.
We are grateful to everyone who contributed and helped make the celebration so special.
On behalf of the entire CCS family, we wish Fidelia and her growing family happiness, good health and many precious moments together.

Celebrating Excellence: Congratulations Lethu & Mellisa
We proudly recognised Lethu and Mellisa, who each received an Award of Acknowledgement in August, for their outstanding dedication, hard work and valuable contributions to CCS.
Their professionalism, positive attitudes and commitment to excellence continue to make a meaningful impact within the organisation.
These well-deserved awards reflect the passion and effort they bring to their roles every day and the positive example they set for those around them.

Admin & Business Support Team Outings
During August, our Admin and Business Support teams each took some time away from their normal routines to connect, recharge and enjoy one another’s company.
The Admin team enjoyed a refreshing walk at Green Park, making the most of some time outdoors with light exercise and relaxed conversation.
The Business Support team chose a different kind of outing, heading out for lunch and enjoying quality time together away from the office.
While simple, both outings served as meaningful reminders of the importance of making space for team well-being, strengthening relationships and creating shared experiences outside of the everyday working environment.
Thank you to both teams for taking the time to connect.
Standing Together: South Africa Wear Black Campaign
On Friday, 18 September, Coast & Country Sales proudly participated in the South Africa Wear Black Campaign.
The initiative encourages South Africans to wear black as a symbol of solidarity against gender-based violence and as a way of raising awareness around the importance of creating safer communities for everyone.
Our team joined individuals and organisations across the country in standing together for respect, safety and positive change.
Thank you to everyone who participated and represented Coast & Country with pride. By standing together, we help keep important conversations alive and reinforce the role each of us can play in creating safer, more respectful communities.
Birthday Celebrations
Over August and September, we had the pleasure of celebrating several wonderful members of the Coast & Country family.
In August, we celebrated Anastasia, Nicole, Thimna with an exciting milestone for Thimna as she celebrated her 21st birthday. Our Managing Director, Karl Schultz, also celebrated his birthday, which came with an extra special gift, the birth of his very first grandchild.
September then gave us another opportunity to celebrate Tania, Bronwyn and Danelien.
Birthdays are more than simply marking another year — they give us a chance to pause and appreciate the people behind the work, and to recognise the dedication, positivity, kindness and unique contribution each person brings to the CCS team.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the celebrations special and ensured our birthday colleagues felt valued and appreciated.

Celebrating Excellence & Commitment
September also gave us the opportunity to recognise several members of the Coast & Country team for their dedication, contribution and commitment.
Limile Mbelana and Lilitha Luthuli, both interns, were recognised for the valuable contributions they have made during their time with CCS. They received their awards alongside Nazli, Business Support Manager, who has been guiding and supporting them throughout their journey.
Sanelisiwe Sibiya was also recognised for her outstanding performance and dedication as an intern, receiving her award alongside Tania.
We are incredibly proud to see our interns embracing opportunities to learn, grow and contribute meaningfully to the team.
The celebration also marked an exceptional milestone for Ashton White and Elrich Laener, who have each reached an incredible 20 years of service with Coast & Country Sales.
Two decades of commitment is a remarkable achievement. Their loyalty, knowledge and continued contribution have helped shape CCS over the years and have made a lasting impact on the business and the people around them.
A huge congratulations to all our award recipients, and an especially heartfelt thank you to Ashton and Elrich for 20 years of dedication.
