July was filled with meaningful moments that reminded us what makes Coast & Country Sales so special: our people.
From taking time to connect with one another and giving back to our community, to celebrating birthdays, embracing a little light-hearted accountability and proudly supporting the Springboks, last month was all about strengthening relationships and creating shared experiences.
Here is a look back at some of the highlights from July.
C&A: Connection and Conversation
Our Care & Accountability sessions continue to create valuable opportunities for our teams to pause, check in and spend meaningful time together.
With genuine listening and open conversation at the heart of each session, team members stepped away from their screens and daily responsibilities to simply be present with one another.
Some groups enjoyed the sunshine and fresh sea breeze outdoors, while others found comfort in their favourite indoor spots. A few teams even took their conversations on the move, enjoying brisk walks together.
One group received an especially meaningful surprise when a vendor gifted them beautiful Tree of Life pendants.
The Tree of Life represents the interconnectedness of all existence: different branches connected to the same roots and growing stronger together. It was a fitting reminder of exactly what C&A represents within CCS.

Late? Let’s Lift!
At CCS, even running a few minutes late can become an opportunity to bring some energy into the room!
When someone arrives late to a meeting, they lead the team in a quick, 10-second push-up round. Everyone joins in by clapping, cheering and getting the blood pumping before the meeting begins.
The initiative is not about calling anyone out. Instead, it is a light-hearted way to encourage accountability, reinforce the importance of punctuality and start meetings with a little extra fun and energy—both physically and literally!
Congratulations to Our Lucky Draw Winners
Congratulations to Wesley and Fidelia, the lucky winners of our recent staff lucky draw!
Their names were randomly selected from a bucket filled with entries, making them the fortunate recipients of two fantastic prize hampers.

Making a Difference Together on Mandela Day
In honour of Mandela Day, departments across Coast & Country Sales came together with one shared purpose: to give back to our community.
Team members worked side by side to prepare sandwiches for people in need, demonstrating the power of teamwork, compassion and generosity.
Thanks to everyone’s contribution and dedication, we were able to distribute the sandwiches within our community, offering comfort and support to many individuals.
The initiative served as a meaningful reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a significant difference in someone’s life.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to every department and employee who participated. Your willingness to give your time and effort truly embodied the values of Nelson Mandela and reflected the caring spirit of our organisation.
Together, we showed that when we unite for a good cause, we can create a positive impact—one sandwich, one smile and one act of kindness at a time.

Happy Birthday to Jasmine and Munsoor!
We recently came together to celebrate two valued members of the CCS team. The occasion was filled with laughter, warm wishes and special moments shared among colleagues.
Birthdays give us the opportunity to recognise and appreciate the people who contribute to our workplace every day. We are incredibly grateful for Jasmine and Munsoor’s dedication, positivity and the unique qualities they each bring to the team.

Springbok Friday
Our office was proudly painted green and gold as the CCS team embraced the spirit of Springbok Friday!
Colleagues showed their support by wearing their Springbok shirts and colours, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with team spirit, unity and national pride.
It was wonderful to see everyone participating and celebrating together. Thank you to all who helped make Springbok Friday such a fun and memorable day.
