Coast and Country Team had a fantastic year-end function at the Stellenbosch Flying Club and had the opportunity to fly in a helicopter which was a thrilling experience. The fact that the Directors provided such an exciting opportunity for some staff members to fly in a helicopter reflects a thoughtful and appreciative leadership style. It’s not just a celebration but an acknowledgment of the hard work and dedication of the team members throughout the year. The chosen theme for this year’s event was African which combined elements of celebration, adventure, and cultural appreciation, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for the Coast and Country Team. It’s not only a way to wrap up the year on a positive note but also to strengthen team bonds and foster a sense of camaraderie among the CCS staff.
